By accessing or using dlist.space (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service and that they have reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Authentication on this platform is handled exclusively through Discord OAuth2. By logging in, you grant us read-only access to your Discord account information, including your username, avatar, and Discord ID, solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your session credentials or allow others to access your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

You may submit Discord bots and servers to the Service for review and listing. By submitting a listing, you represent that you are the owner or an authorised developer of the bot or server.

All submissions are subject to manual review by our team. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

You agree not to submit listings for bots or servers that violate Discord's Terms of Service, engage in spam, phishing, malware distribution, or any illegal activity.

Bot listings must include accurate descriptions, correct categorisation, and a working invite link. Misrepresentation of a bot's features or purpose may result in immediate removal.

By submitting content to the Service (including bot descriptions, reviews, FAQ entries, and announcements), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for all content you submit. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

NSFW content is only permitted on explicitly designated NSFW-tagged listings. Submitting adult content outside of these categories will result in removal and may result in account suspension.

You agree not to engage in any of the following: attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems; scraping, crawling, or automating requests to our platform without permission; attempting to manipulate vote counts or ratings through fraudulent means; impersonating other users, developers, or staff members; using the Service to distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful code.

If you use our public API, you agree to use it in a fair and reasonable manner. Excessive automated requests that strain our infrastructure may result in rate-limiting or access termination.

Your API token is private and must not be shared publicly. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from a compromised token.

We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Credits are a virtual in-platform currency with no real-world monetary value. Credits cannot be withdrawn, transferred to third parties, or exchanged for cash.

Credits earned through voting, daily bonuses, or purchased through our store may be used for promotional placements and other features within the Service.

We reserve the right to modify credit balances, pricing, and available features without notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

dlist.space is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Inc. Discord is a trademark of Discord, Inc.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dlist.space and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
